DUX is thrilled to introduce our Brand Ambassador, Aldo Zilli, an acclaimed celebrity chef and restaurateur renowned for his expertise in Italian, vegetarian, and seafood dishes. Hailing from the quaint seaside town of Alba Adriatica in Italy’s Abruzzo region, Aldo’s culinary journey began with the traditional Italian cooking techniques he learned from his mother. Our collaboration is built on the pillars of wellbeing, combining nourishing and rejuvenating cuisine with an enhanced sleep experience.

About Aldo
ALDO ZILLI is an Italian multi-award-winning celebrity chef who specialises in cooking authentic Italian cuisine.
He was the founder of some of London’s most exciting and innovative restaurants including Zilli Fish, Signor Zilli, Zilli Green, Zilli Café and Zilli Bar.
In 2020 he established CASA ZILLI at his luxury 18 acre estate in the Surrey countryside, serving guests from all over the world from his own kitchen in luxury heated pods in his garden winning Best Restaurant in Surrey in 2022 and 2023 in the Muddy Stilettos Awards as well as the National Award Winner for Best Restaurant in 2023.
Aldo has written 10 books, including two autobiographies and currently has a column in the Daily Express, and has appeared in a host of television and radio programmes.
